NEW YEAR HONORS.
NEW ZEALAND RECIPIENTS. By Telegraph.—Prtu Auwiatioa Wellington, Dec. 31. The King has conferred New Yea* Honors of Knight Bachelor- upon Judge Edwards, Senior Judge of the Supremo Court of New Zealand, for long and valuable services in the capacity of Judge of the Supreme Court, to which he was appointed in 1898. A Knight Bachelor hau also bsen conferred upon Mr Joseph James Kinsey, of Christchurcli, for special services rendered in connection, with variant antarctic expedition*, The Order of St. Michael and St. George (C.M.G.) has been conferred upon Colonel G. F. C. Campbell, V.D., Secretary to the Treasury, receiver-general and paymaster general, for long and valuable services rendered to the New Zealand Government, both in a civil andj a military capacity. A C.M.G. has also bean conferred upon, Mr, William Kussell Morris, 1.5.0, Socrvftary of the Post and Telegraph Department, for valuable services rendered to ; the New Zealand Government.
