KILLING GERMAN PROPAGANDA. BY ECKHARDT'S RECALL. Mexico City, Dec. 21 The recall Kerr von Eckhardt is regarded as a death-blow to German inspired anti-American propaganda, and as the forerunner of the dismissal from their posts of all German consular officials who have used their official position to promote ill-feeling among Mexicans against, the United States. It 1« probable that all the German newspapers will cease publication after Von Eckhardt'a withdrawal, -sinca, without his financial aid, it is unlikely that thev will continue to appear It is common tall: that Von fickhnrrtt has been recalled at the direct instigation of the United States.
