•LOCATION OF GOVERNMENT. MR. JENSEN'S DEFENCE. Melbourne. Dec 19. In the House of Representatives, Mr. Poynton stated that the Federal shjps showed a profit in the first year of £080,392. Mr. Bruce Smith announced his intention to move next session that the scat of Government be moved to Sydney for 20 rears, and at the end of 20 years to Melbourne. t Mr Jensen, in a speech lasting three hours, traversed the commission's Teport on tlio purchase of the Shaw Wireless Company's works He declared that the findings were unfair, misleading, and unsupported by evidence. He added that he was now considering on which side he would sit.
