BE. GILRUTH MOBBED. Received Dec. 19, 8.35 p.m. Melbourne, Dee. 19. In the House, the Hon. P. McM- Glynn, KG. (Minister for Territories), replying to questions, .stated that a serious disturbance had occurred at Port Darwin on Wednesday. A crowd gathered at Dr. GUruth's office and demanded an account of his work during the past five and presented certain resolution)). Dr. Gilruth addressed the moo and declined to accede to the resolutions. A melee followed, in which Dr. Gilvutn was knocked down- Steps were taken to maintain order.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Asaoo.
