Received Dec, 19, 12.45 a.m. Sydney, Dec. 18. Arrived.—Wallsend, from Greymouth. She has been quarantined: , 4 ltl It Is still doubtful whether the Moerakt will gall to-morrow. Alterations to the crew's quarters have been wade, but the men refuse to sign on. Tho Federal Government has placed contracts for eight more steel ships, bringing the total under construction to fourteen.
