HOLLAND.
KAiSER ASKED TO DEPART. BUT HE REFUSES TO GO. Received Dec. 18, 1.20 a.m. Amsterdam, Dee. 16. Telegroaf states that representations have officially been inado to the Kaiser, pointing out that liis continued presence is likely to involve Holland in serious difficulties, and that his departure will be a matte* of gratification to the Government. It is understood that the Jvaiser lias refused to depart—Aus. N.Z. Cable Association.
