THE KOWHAI, The Kowhal left Westport at 8 o'clock, yesterday morning, and is due here about 10 o'clock to-day. She brings 700 tons of coal and 1000 bags of coke. After discharging she will be dispatched to Grcyraouth. THE CORINNA. The Corlnna Is scheduled to roach Now Plymouth before Christmas Day. RARAWA'S CHRISTMAS TIME-TABLE. The sailings of the Rarawa between Kev? Plymouth and Onehunga In connection with Christmas and New Year as follow:—Leaves Or.ehunga. Monday, December 23; Friday, December 27; Monday, December 30; Friday, January 3 due time of sailing to be 3 p.m. on each day). Leaves New Plymouth wharf: Tuesday, December 24 (at 6.30 p.m.); Saturday, December 28 (4 p.m.), Tuesday, Decemher 31 (4 pra.); Saturday, January 4 (4 p.m.). Intending passengers should note that on Christmas Eve (December 24) the vessel leaves New Plymouth at 6.30 p.m. (not 4 p.m.), and that a train will connect with her at Onehunga on Christmas morning. DEVON AT WAITARA. Tho liner Devon arrived off Waltara on Saturday evening, and on Sunday morning commenced loading frozen meat. About 80,000 freight carcases of beef are to be lifted from the Waitara works, and it is possible that operations will be completed on Wednesday. The vessel goes on to Wellington and Kapler to complete loading for Egypt. No inward cargo was brought. Following are the passengers who arrived by the Devon: Mr. A. Newcombe (Syddey), Mr. K. A.
