An Allied squadron is undertaking to free Sebaatopol from the Germans, who are co-operating with the Bolsheviks and causing grave disorders. TKa squadron is waiting lor the response to a deputation from urging the French adiniral to intervene. Odessa reports that, at the request of the inhabitants, th« French landed a naval force to restore order and to espel 4500 Germans' who, together with Bolsheviks, have been rioting and loot- , ing.
