EX-KAISER IN HOLLAND. STAY REGARDED AS TTEMPOKARY. Berne, Dec. 12. Dr. Gustave Ador, honorary president of the International Bed Crosa, has been elected to the Second Chamber. The Premier said no Power had hitherto objected to the Kaiser's stay in Holland, which, however, could only be regarded aa temporary.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable
