PROTEST BY RETURNED SOLDIERS. • By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Dec. 12. The executive of the Wellington Returned Soldiers' Association passed a re. solution protesting against the provision in the Repatriation Bill for a board of Ministers and the manner in which the measure was rushed through Parliament, also urging that no Director of Repatriation he appointed until applications for tlie position have been invited publicly. The executive expressed indignation tliat Parliament ignored the representations of returned soldiers' associations favoring ft single Minister and a centrai board composed of leading business men and representatives of organisations vit ally interested.
