Nearly two months ayo the miners at Paparoa colliery, near Greyinouth, ceased work anil have hot resumed work yet. About iL month ago the Labor Department took action.against the men for striking, but tiic case was not heard owing to the epidemic and. the change of magistrate.?. The men now state that they will not resume work until the ease is settled. It is expected now tliat it will b« heard next 'Monday. OVERSEA VESSELSS.
