AUCKLAND SESSIONS. Uy Telegraph.—Press Association. Auckland, Last Night. William 15. Hart, aged 15 years and 10 months, was acquitted on a. charge of manslaughter of a boy aged 12 at Otahuhu. The evidence was that, meeting deceased with others,. Hart pointed a shot .aim at him, the charge-exploding. The plea was that the occurrence was accidental. Charges in connection with recent burglaries in the city were preferred against Patrick Gunn. The only evidence was that of diaries McCormack, who previously pleaded guilty. There being no corroboration, the jury returned a vel'dict of not guilty of theft and on the charge of damaging a safe, but accused pleaded guilty to receiving, and was remanded.
