GENERAL SAMENOFF DEPOSED. Received Dec. 10, 2.40 p.m. Vladivostok, Dec. 8. Admiral Kolchan, anti-Bolshevik director at Omsk, deposed General Samenoff, the anti-Bolshevik leader and the commander of the Fifth Army, and dismissed him from tho service on the ground of interrupting communications and jeopardising the army.
