The United Press' Paris correspondent states that the Peace Conference is exported to begiii on January 3.—Argus Service Paris, Dee. 8. President Wilson will attend the Allied consultations at Versailles on December 1(S. The second stage of the discussion of peace preliminaries will open in Paris at the beginning of January. Representatives of the small nations will frequently be called in the third stage of the Peace Congress, which will culminate in the signing of the peace treaty.
