A message from Berlin states that Herr Erzberger announces that the French have requested the German army command to designate plenipotentiaries to discuss the prolongation of the armistice at Treves to the 12tli or the 13th inst.—Aus. N.Z. Cable Assoc. MORE SURRENDERS. DEMANDED BY THE ALLIES. Keceived Deo. 10, 5.30 p.m. Amsterdam, Dec. 9. The Entente is demanding the surrender bv the 17 th ot all merchantmen interned in German ports and ships condemned by the Prize Court; also, all war vessels, including submarines and rivc| craft which have just bien completed or are under construction. Germany protested that this goes ibevond the armlit tice terms.—Argus Service.
