P order to encourage everybody to have clean premises the Borough Council has decided to have a second Annual Clean-up Week for the whole of the Borough, when every kind of rubbisli (other than weeds and hedge clippings) will be removed free of charge. All rubbish t» be placed on the outer edge of the footpath before 12 noon, THE REMAINDER OP THE BOROUGH: FRIDAY NEXT, 13th instant.—All rubbish must be placed on the onter edge of the footpath before 7.30 a.m. Please get the rubbish out to your gate before the day of the collection and place it in the street in the morning.
