UST WEEK'S RETURNS The returns for the New Plymouth tramways lor last week show a considerable decrease en those for the corresponding week of last year. This is not surprising, however, in view of the extraordinary conditions prevailing at present and the fact that people have been urged not to come into town except when absolutely necessary.
