N.Z. L. and M A. COMPANY'S PROFITS Received Dec. 7, 5.5 p.m. London, Dec. 6. After placing £25,000 to tlie reserve account, £30,000 to premises, and £15,000 to the dividend equalisation reserve, the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Company's divisible surplus is £•220,310. A final dividend is proposed of 3% per cent, and a bonus of 2 per cent- A further £70,000 is to be added the dividend reserve, £IO,OOO to the benevolent fund, and £24,105 carried for-ward.—Aus--N.Z.
