PERUVIAN CABINET RESIGNS. CHmi WANTS dreadnoughts BACK. Received Dec. 8, 5.5 p.m. New York, Dec. 6. A United Press Lima message states that the Peruvian Cabinet has resigned. The same agency's Santiago correspondent says that Chile will ask Britain to return the two dreadnoughts requisitioned at the beginning of the war.
