THE EX-KAISER.
THE KAISER'S EXTRADITION, demanded by allies. Received Dec. 0, 5.5 p.m. New York, Dec. 5. The United Press' Paris correspondent states that it is semi-ofliciallv announced that tho British, Italian, and French representatives have demanded the extradition of the Kaiser.—Aus. N.Z. Cable Assoc. WILHELM'S HYPOCRISY, CANNOT COMPREHEND HIS SITUATION. WILL FACE HIS ACCUSERS. Received Dec. 0, 5.5 p.m. London, Dec. 5. A message from The Hague states that the Kaiser preceded his abdication 'by a pencilled document, written sit Amerongen on November 12, declaring he \\ as unable to comprehend his present situation. He regards himself is God's instrument, and thlnbs God is sending him trials for some hidden and beneficent reasons.
A Reuter message, ria America, states that a German general, acting as orderly at Anierongen, brought, the following message direct from the Kaiser, who on Tuesday was inclined to make a_ public declaration, but to-day changed j his mind. "I am a private citizen," said tho Kaiser, "and while in Holland will [not make any statement whatever for publication/' I He added: "You must fully realise my position. I am threatened on all sides with criminal charges, which, if brought, I must face. Therefore I must reserve any statement until the charges are actually brought. I also owe a certain loyalty to the present German Government, and cannot make any declaration which might compromise others." The correspondent requested the general to ask the former Emperor whether he would confirm the Crown Prince's assertion regarding the Kruger telegram, and the general brought back the answer: "The Crown Prince is absolutely correct in his facts. The telegram, already written, was laid before me for my signature, i refused to sign it for three days, but finally did so under pressure- of German diplomats and my political advisers, who advanced many reasons for sending the despatch. KAISER'S PHYSICIAN SENT FOR. Received Dec. 5, 7.50 p.m. Amsterdam (via America), Dec. 4. In response to urgent telegrams, the ev-Kaiser'a personal physician arrived at Amerongen, from Germany, by special train. —Reufar.
