A nurso had arrived from Wellington to assist in this hospital. Three fresh cases arc reported from the country. One, Mr. -T- P. Stevenson, has been an energetic organiser and worker In Kapuni "district since the epidemic assumed serious dimensions. A number of out-patients in town and neighborhood who were rather seriously ill, are all now convalescent or improving. The statement that Constable Scannell has the influenza is incorrect- ■
