Advieeß from Constantinople state that at the request of the Ottoman Government, the Berlin Government has ordered the arrest of Enver, Talaat, Djeimal, Nazin, and .Tasha Skukribey, who Tefuged in Germany. The Ottoman Government has arrested 200 Young Turks, including Perri Bey, who was proceeding to Odessa with half a million pounds of Turkish money amassed at Aleppo in a month.—AusN.Z.
