A definite announcement was made today by Mr. Bonar Law that the Allies have decided to demand the ex-Kaiser's aurrender for triaL They are only waiting President Wilson'i confirmation. 1 Furthermore, he stated that Germany must phy. Ke promised that the German* will be, kept out of Britain. Lobbyists ' state that the conference discussed the extradition of the exKaiter lengthily. The Allies' leaders were unanimous, and the Dominions' representatives expressed very atrong views. ' British law officers hare advised that there is a clear case for the extradition. —Aua. N.Z. Cable Assoc. and Renter. ANOTHER CHARGE OF MURDER LAID AGAINST THE ITAISER. Received Dee. 5, 11.40 p.m. Paris, Dec. 4. Madame Prieur, whose husband was Killed in the Sussex, which was torpedoed in 1914. has lodged in the courts a -* charge of murder against the ex-Kaiser. In connection with this, it is noted that an extradition treaty exists between France and Holland. ABOLITION OF ARMY HEADQUARTERS. ■TIXDENBURG'S ARREST ORDERED.
