To the Editor. oil,*—The Public Health Committer's work in connection with the epidemic was completed this morning. The .spirit of the organisation has been the sinking of self in the desire to ibenefit that larger personality, "the community." The spirit of 700 ,cannot die. It leaves no shadow, but '.<prjads forth its attva of light iu aIT directions pointing out the way of the future. Let all those who love TOO join together and make a brotherhood that would be the light of 2\ T ew Plymouth:—(l) The namo of the brotherhood shall he 700; (2) the object of 700 shall be the Improvement of the life of the community and the helping of those unable to help themselves; (3) no person in 700 shall be referred to under their proper name; all work done 3hall be in the name of 700. The means are found in the spirit of those who have fought in New Plymouth during the past fortnight.
