UTILISING TIMBER RESERVATION, By Telegraph.—Press Association. Hokitika, Last Night. An open-air public meeting at Rimu last night was in favor of lifting a portion of the timber reservation for mining purposes for saw-milling, so as to assist in giving continuous employment in the district. A motion was also carried urging the Government to dt*nd firm on the question of not allowing the trading with the Pacific Islands to go back to the enemy. -
