A Belgrade telegram announces the «re*tiou of a new southern Slav State. Delegates from all the southern Slav territories hitherto ruled by AustriaHungary met at Neustad and proclaimed a union with Serbia and Montenegro, under the Karageorge dynasty.—Aus. NX Cable Assoc, and Renter.
