By Telegraph.—Pro»s Association. Wellington, Nov. 30. In ( the House of Representatives on Saturday morning the Hon. Sir James A!'f u rea *l the following telegram -which he had just received:— Zealand prisoners from Germany are now arriving in England in company with British prisoners. Upon; arrival their healtih is the first consideration. They are given 28 days' leave if lit and then have priority of return to New Zealand. Prisoners from Turkey go to Egypt, whence they have priority of return, either direct or via England."
