M. Domicio Dagama, Brazilian Minister of Foreign Affairs, interviewed, stated that Brazil wil! participate in the Peace Conference, and she will be against the return of the German colonies. It is natural, he says, that, we shall desire indemnification for the cost of participation in the war.—Aus, N.Z. Cable Assoc.
