Amsterdam, Nov. 29. The ex-Kaiserin lias joined the oxKaiser at Amerongen. She seemed in high spirits.

The associated Governments have enquiries in Holland regarding the circumstances of the passage of German troops through Limburg. The associated Governments consider Holland's replies to these inquiries to be unsatisfactory, and therefore it is probable furtflier representations will be made.— Beater.
