POLL ON, TWO ISSUES,
By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Nov. -28. Part I. of the Liquor Bill provides for a poll on two issues, continuance and prohibition, with compensation as in the recommendations of the National Efficiency Board.
Part IT. provides for three issues at the next ordinary licensing poll—continuance, State control, and prohibition without compensation. There is a provision abolishing the local option issue.
