Mr. Daniels, referring to the suggestion that the German navy may be sunk, owing to the difficulties of dividing it, says no suggestion has heen made by the Unitnd States to that effect. He did not think snch a course was likely. H the navy was partitioned tfire United States' share would he only one destroyer and one cruiser, Britain, France and Italy getting the major share.—-Aim.
