The journal is summoning the latter to rise and seize authority.— Time 3 Service.
HERR BALLIN'S QUARREL WITH
THE KAISER.
London, Nov. 23. TJift Annierdam of the Eaily Express states that Herr Ballin's I suicide was the direct consequence of a dispute with the Kaiserin in October.
Herr B&llin protested against LudeniofS dabbling in questions of reconstruction -which were outside the sphere of the general w&o was plunging Germany into the abyss of The Kaiser, in the presence of the Kaiserin, supported lodendorff, whereupon Herr Ball in warned tie Kaiser not to be blinded to the Teal situation. Germany could not live unless sho waa on decent terms with England.
When Hot Ballin Banted at the possibility of a revolution the K&isorin sprang to her feet and denounced Hebrew merchants who wanted to supplant lie Empire's* real master. Herr Ballin declined to answer and left the room a broken man.
