LICENSING BILL,
REPATRIATION AND WATER
POWER.

'Mr. Massey says that the Licensing Bill wilj tie further considered by Cabinet to-morrow and presented to the House on Tuesday or Wednesday. It Will probably be unnecessary to refer the Bill to a committee, since the issues have been fully diseusssed and*the time is short
Important reports on repatriation and water-power development are to reach the House this week. The Government can deal with both matters under existing legislation, but some minor extensions of authority may he necessary. Mr. Massey says the House will not eit late this week. The public may be excluded, in the interests of health. At least a dozen members are still iH.
