Owin" to the spread of Bolshevik doctrines in the United States the Government has decided to continue the policy of internment of aliens. , Senator Watson, attacking President Wilson because the Government had taken over the cables, said that if President Wilson attended the peace conference the Government would he able to suppress everything desired regarding Wilsonian activities abroad.
