RETREAT OF GERMANS.
PUSHING AND LOOTING IN FULL SWING. Received : Nov. 22, 8.30 p.m. Amsterdam, Nov. 21. German newspapers describe the pell mell retreat of the German soldiers, who are commandeering trains, and even tho roofs and footboards are crowded, some being swept off and killed while passing through) tunnels. The hopeless disorder is reminiscent ,of tho terrible scenes in Russia. Pillaging and looting are in full swing'. The soldiers frequently attack the gendar merie. The Tagliseli Rundschau state 3 that ■over two hundred vere killed by an explosion in a factory at Cologne, following tihe revolutionaries' unsuccessful attempt to persuade the workers to strike.
