' MORE; GERMAN SCHEMING. London, Nov. 19. The.-Central News Amsterdam correspondent says that the Entente countries hare threatened to cut off Holland's food snpplies in the event of revolutionary disorders. Several Dutch newspapers say that Troelstra'a design was formulated i» Germany, where there is a keen desire to involve the Entente countries in revolution. Germany would prefer an International Socialist Conference to decide her fate. The old gang still retain office in the Wilhelmstrasse, waiting an opportunity to revert to Imperialism. The majority of the Dutch Socialists refuse to follow Troelstra's leadership. The crisis lhaa not yet passed, but the impression is growing that commonsense will prevail.—Aus. N.Z. Cable Association.
