THE STOLEN DANISH PROVINCES.
Sydney, Nov. 10. A meeting of the Danish Society carried a resolution in favor of the restoration of the Danish-speaking provinces lost in 1804. iA MISSING MURDERER. Brisbane, Nov. 19. T&ere is no further trace of Coolon, the mine-owner who shot four men and escaped in the bush. The search is proceeding. ADELAIDE TRAMWAY STRIKE. Adelaide, Nov. 10. The tram strike is not settled, and the public is seriously inconvenienced and business handicapped. THE MOERAKI HELD UP. Sydney, Nov. 10. The Moeraki is still held up. A number of tlhe crew declined to sail, allegedly because of the influenza in New Zealand. The company offered to place a medical officer on board and to recompense the crew for quarantine delay in the event of an outbreak on board.—Aus. N.Z. Cable Assoc.
