The first lit men returned will be JtaSSJKitli the longest service, as far as possible. If the Division is retained in the ■ occupied territory, all outside it will he repatriated meanwhile. It is understood that unemployment grants will be given to returned foidiers till they obtain work, and that provision will be made for assisting men to restore their businesses.
