GERMAN WOMEN WANT ARMISTICE MODIFIED. Washington. Nov, 15. Ther G«raau women's appeal to Mrs Wilson was sent by the National Council of Women of Germany. It declared that the terms of the armistice relating to rolling stock ''must bo changed in order to permit the transportation of food. The appeal to Miss Adams was sign-' ed by Anita Augsburg, and said: Toreseeing an entire famine and mutiny in Germany, we appeal to our American sisters to intercede for relief from the truce conditions."—Aus--N,Z.
