TROOPS LEAVING CAMP. Sydney, Nov. 15. All the troops in camp are 'being released on Monday, but will not be granted discharges till the military situation justifies such a step. JHE GERMAN COLONIES. Melbourne, Nov. 15. In the House, Mr. Watt moved a motion against the return of Germany's Pacific possessions under any circumstances, and that Australia should be consulted in any proposals affecting their destination.
Speaking lengthily in support of the motion, Mr. Watt said New Zealand stood four-square with Australia in the matter. Mr.. Tudor declared that he would not oppose the motion unless Australia was out for grabbing territory. He felt sure Australia had not entered the war with that intention.
The debate was adjourned. The Senate unanimously • adopted a similar resolution.—Aus.-NZ. Cable Association.
