BILLING.—In loving memory of Frederick B, Billing, beloved and youngest son of Thomas and the late Emma Billing, who was killed in action in France, November 18, 1916; 13th Reinforcements, No. 2 Company, N.Z. Machine-gun Corps; aged 20 years 11 months. Bravely he answered his King and Country's call ; He gave his life—his all; . He died that we might live In peace j ' '<■ He fought for freedom, not for fame; Yet on New Zealand's roll of honour Stands inscribed our hero's name. —lnserted by his sorrowing father, sisters and brothers.
