GERMANY TO PAY
HALF HER TOTAL NATIONAL WEALTH. HOR DAMAGE TO ALLIED PROPERTY'.
Received Nov. 'l3, 10 ajri. New York, Nov. 12. The Evening Sun's Washington correspondent says it is estimated Germany will bo compelled to pay ten "billion dollars indemnity for damage to Allied property on land and sea. Such indemnity will bo about -half Germany's present national wealth.
It is considered that Belgium will receive 1,750,000,000 dollars and 'France between two and three billions. The (British merchant fleet losses are estimated at about 2,750,000,000 dotors.
The Allies' nienjbant fleet losses are estimated at half a billion dollars. The damage done in Bussia, Serbia, Eouinania, and Montenegro and other small Allied nations would coajplete tfie total
