The Kiug of Saxony has been throned.

A wireless German official messago issued on the morning of the 11th states that Chancellor Ebert has issued a proclamation as follows:—The new Government has taken charge of affairs in ord"r to preserve the people from civil war, also to examine and enforce their just claims to self-administration. COUNCILS BECOMING GENERAL
RED FLAG PROCESSIONS IN BERLIN Recesred Hot, 13, 1,45 a,mv London, Nov. 10. News has been received of the formation of similar councils elsewhere in Germany. Everything is proceeding within the bounds of economic order. Processions from the suburbs to the centre of Berlin, carrying red flags, and headed by armed soldiers, urged the soldiers and officers, wherever met, to remove their cockades and epaulettes. The majority voluntarily complied, and general fraternisation of the sailors, sol"diers and workmen occurred. The workmen, on entering the barracks, were received with enthusiasm by the soldiers. As far as is known, the only clash between the people and the armed forces occurred on the occupation of the Cockchafer barracks of the Fusilier Guards.
