ACHANCE FOR LAND SEEKERS.
The difficulty in obtaining labor has now become so acute that nearly all land seekers are fully persuaded as to the advisability of securing just sufficient land to work witihi the assistance of their own family. This being the case the demand fcr small areas will increase, and therefore it is pleasing to note that several of the large land owners are cutting np. The Bnratwood Estate of 631 acred, the property of the late Mr F. Loslie. has been recently subdivided into ten excellent dairy farms, and will be sold on Wednesday next, November 'l3-th at 11 o'clock in the Kings' tSheatre, Hamilton.
