I JN order to minimise risk of accidents drives of vehiclea-are requested to observe the following Special Regulations whilst in Devon Street, from Liardet Street to Robe Street: (a) No vehicle to be driven at a greater speed than 12 miles an hour. (h) Each vehicle to keep strictly to * - -it» proper side of the street. No turning in this" portion of the street will be permitted.
