I JN order to minimise risk of accidents drives of vehiclea-are requested to observe the following Special Regulations whilst in Devon Street, from Liardet Street to Robe Street: (a) No vehicle to be driven at a greater speed than 12 miles an hour. (h) Each vehicle to keep strictly to * - -it» proper side of the street. No turning in this" portion of the street will be permitted. (c) No vehicle to stand in this portion of the street excepf by permission of the inspector (d) Impromptu procession will adhere to such routes as shall be indicated by the Processions Committee; F.
