BOLSHEVIK PROPAGANDA. INCITING GERMANS TO REVOLT GERMANY TAKES ACTION Amsterdam, Nov, C. In consequence of the discovery in a Bolshevik diplomatic mail of pamphlets printed in German, inciting German workers and soldiers to revolt, it is officially announced that Germany demanded a guarantee from Moscow that such propaganda will cease, and that the murder of Count Mirbaeh will be adequately expiated. Meanwthile, Germany requested the withdrawal of representatives of the Bolshevik Government from Berlin, and has withdrawn the German representatives from Moscow. — Rfiuter.
