Advices from Warsaw report that the Polish Cabinet has issued a manifesto that the interests of the privileged classes must give"way to the will of the country, therefore a National Government will be formed mainly consisting of representative of the worker.— Reuter. BOLSHEVIKS' GOLD SEIZED. New York, Nov. 5. ' Mr. A. J. Black, director of the Russian Information Bureau; announced that the Russian Government at Omsk seized 8!0 million roubles in gold from the Bolsheviks at Kazan. The Bolsheviks had removed the gold from the PetrogracL Treasury.
