STATEMENT BY PRESIDENT WILSON TWO IMPORTANT RESERVATIONS. Received Nov. G, 5.5 p.m. New York, Nov. 5. President Wilson, in a statement, paid the Allies bad accepted ill is fourteen points, with two reservations, namely: The Allies must reserve for themselves the interpretation of President Wilson's clause concerning the freedom of the seas, and tl'j Allies understand Germany will pay for the damage inflicted on Allied property and civilians. — Alio.
