BORIS AT VIENNA. BULGARIAN REPUBLIC PRO'l CLAIMED. PROBABLE NATIONAL GOVERNMENT FOR ROUMANIA. Received Nov, 6. 5.5 p.m. Copenliagen, Nov. C. Advices from Berlin state that King Boris fled to Vienna. A Bulgarian republic has been proclaimed. At Berne it is reported that the Roumanian Ministry has resigned, and it is expected that a National Government will be formed. —Aus. N.Z. Cable Assoc.
