A BARBAROUS VENDETTA. BOLSHEVIK TERRORISM. Berne, Nov. 3. It is reported from Vilna that the Bolsheviks ai;e carrying on a barbarous vendetta on the eastern borders of Poland. They impale victims, cut off their noses and ears, and bury some alive. Those spared are sent to concentration camps, where they are brutally treated and constantly liable to assassmation. The Bolsheviks plunder and burn homes and terrorise whole districts. The people are appealing for protection to the Regency Council. Austrian troops have been withdrawn from Poland—Aus. N.Z. Cable Assoc. COMPULSORY FREE LOVE. London, Nov. 4. The Soviets' official organ, Izvestia, has published a decree of the Vladimir Bolsheviks establishing a bureau of free love, at which girls over 18 are obliged to register. A certain number of girls will be allowed to select mates, whose consent is unnecessary. The children will be State property.—Aus. N.Z. Cable Assoc.
